miR-522-3p inhibition reduced cell viability and promoted cell apoptosis in human CRC cells via upregulation of BLM. HCT-116 and HT29 cells were transfected with miR-522-3p inhibitor or si-BLM, or cotransfected with miR-522-3p inhibitor plus si-BLM. Cells cotransfected with inhibitor NC and si-NC acted as control.
