miR-204 repressed CXCL8 expression via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Caco-2 and HT-29 cells were transfected with mimic NC, miR-204 mimic, inhibitor NC, and miR-204 inhibitor, and then treated with LY294002 (an inhibitor of PI3K/AKT) and AZD8055 (an inhibitor of mTOR).
