Upregulation of HMGB1 in OS was inversely correlated with miR-935 levels. (A) RT-qPCR analysis of HMGB1 mRNA expression in 34 primary human OS tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues. (B) HMGB1 protein levels in several pairs of OS tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues were detected using Western blot analysis.
