NF-κB knockdown significantly elongates the doubling time in Renca cells and leads to G2/M arrest. (A) The proliferation of Renca-shRNA-NF-κB1 cells was markedly inhibited in a time-dependent manner (**p < 0.01). (B) Cell cycle distribution. (C) Cell cycle analysis showed a significant increase in the G2/M population of Renca-shRNA-NF-κB1 cells (*p < 0.05 vs. Renca-Mock). The results represent the mean ± SD of three experiments. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s test.
