MicroRNA-365 (miR-365) was downregulated in human cholangiocarcinoma tissues. (A) Quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) analysis indicated that miR-365 was downregulated in cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) tissues (n = 49) compared to adjacent normal tissues (n = 49). (B) RT-qPCR analysis for miR-365 expression in a human cholangiocyte cell line (H69) and four human CCA cell lines (CCALP1, HuCCAT1, SG231, and TFK1).
