Protein domains were identified using RPSBLAST (Marchler-Bauer et al. 2017) and HHpred (Zimmermann et al. 2018) searches against CDD and Pfam (Finn et al. 2016; Marchler-Bauer et al. 2017) databases and the coiled-coil domain was identified using PCOILS (Gruber et al. 2006).
