EGF corresponds to soluble epidermal growth factor, CNBr-EGF and Glyoxyl-EGF7 same as EGF immobilized on CNBr-activated-agarose (at pH 7) and glyoxyl-agarose, respectively. Untreated cells have been used as negative control (ctr, 0 ng/mL). A probability value less than 0.05 (*p < 0.05) was defined to be significant and 0.01 (**p < 0.01), 0.001 (***p < 0.001), 0.0001 (****p < 0.0001) as highly significant.
