(D)-(F) Representative flow cytometry plots of annexin V and PI double staining and quantification of apoptosis for NSCLC cells with stable PHB2 knockdown. The apoptotic rate was calculated by adding the percentages of the right two quadrants. The proportions of non-apoptotic cells (annexin V-FITC^-/PI^-), early apoptotic cells (annexin V-FITC⁺/PI^-), late apoptotic cells (annexin V-FITC⁺/PI⁺) and dead cells (annexin V-FITC^-/PI⁺) are indicated. These tests were repeated three times independently. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. ***P < 0.001.
