Seedlings were grown under continuous weak white light (WWL, 40 μw/cm2) supplemented with/without UVA (40 μw/cm2) or UVB (10 μw/cm2) or both together for different UV light treatments. For Arabidopsis transgenic plant, three independent lines were used. Data were presented as means (±SE) from three independent biological replicates with 30 or more Arabidopsis seedlings collected for each replicate.
