Emodin suppressed EMT by regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Cells in the control group were treated with vehicle. Cells in the experimental group were treated with 20 μmol/L emodin or with the combination of emodin (20 μmol/L) and LiCl (10 mmol/L) for 24 h.
