NLRP3 and nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) p65 were upregulated and positively correlated in glioma tumor tissues. The mRNA levels of NLRP3 and NF-κB p65 were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) in glioma tumor tissues (n = 40) and adjacent normal tissues (n = 18).
