(A) Relative expression of miR-664 was determined by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in 34 pairs of human BC tissues and adjacent relatively normal tissues. *p < 0.05 compared with normal tissues. (B) RT-qPCR analysis was performed to detect relative miR-664 expression in four human BC cell lines (MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, BT-474, and SKBR3) and a normal mammary epithelial cell line (MCF-10A). *p < 0.05 compared with MCF-10A.
