Effects of N-glycosylation on the thermal stability of purified rAoRutM (closed symbols for native enzyme and open symbols for the endo-H-treated enzyme). Aliquots of purified enzymes were incubated at 50°C for different times. After cooling on ice, the residual activity was measured at pH 5.0 and 45°C.
