Serum IL12gamma, IFNG, and CXCL10 levels in patient 7
Blood was drawn on the day of adenovirus injection prior to the procedure (day 1) and then on the indicated days (2, 4, 7, 14, and 21). Cytokine measurements were made by ELISA using a standard curve specific for each cytokine (0–1,000 pg/mL). Panels A and B show serum IL12 and IFNG, respectively. For CXCL10, the patient samples were diluted 1:100, panel C. Concentration of each cytokine is listed in pg/mL.
