miR-101 repressed the proangiogenesis ability of TGF-β1-treated OSCC cells by targeting TGF-βR1. SCC-9 and Tca8113 cells were transfected with miR-NC, miR-101, or miR-101 + TGF-βR1-expressing plasmid in the absence or presence of TGF-β1. The collected conditioned medium of each group was added into human umbilical cord endothelial cells (HUVECs). (A) Tube formation assay was conducted to evaluate the angiogenesis of HUVECs. (B) The numbers of tubules and branch points in (A) were calculated.
