Inhibiting effect of miR-122 by reducing LMNB2 in vivo. (A) The mice tumor volume in different groups. After 29 days of treatment, the miR-122 therapy decreased the tumor volume compared to the control group, and the average tumor volume in miR-122 group was decreased significantly (p < 0.05). (B) Western blot results of LMNB2 expression in different groups.
