The PDMS biochip produced in this protocol features a 6 mm diameter inlet (well) which can hold up to 100 μl of sample, and a 1 mm diameter outlet which connects the channel to the pump. The channel has a length of 12 mm, width of 0.4 mm and a height of 0.05 mm (A, B, and C). The manufactured silicon wafer mask contains indentations which form the shape of the channel (D).
