Anti-tau iBs and scFvs Are Expressed in the Brain Following Neonatal AAV Injection

rTg4510 mice were bilaterally injected i.c.v. at P0 with pAAV2/1 (4 × 10¹⁰ genomes) expressing CP13 and PHF1 iBs or scFvs. Control mice were injected with rAAV-EGFP. Non-transgenic littermates were used to evaluate expression.
