CP13 and PHF1 iBs Prevent Accumulation of Phosphorylated and Misfolded Tau in rTg4510 Mice

rTg4510 mice were bilaterally injected i.c.v. at P0 with pAAV2/1 (4 × 10¹⁰ genomes) expressing PHF1 and CP13 iBs and scFvs. Control mice were injected with rAAV-EGFP. At 2.5 months after injection, brains were harvested and tau pathology was visualized on paraffin sections with CP13 (pS202), ALZ50 (misfolded tau), and PHF1 (pS396/404) mAbs.
