Amino acid sequences were obtained from UniProt (https://www.uniprot.org), and linker lengths were determined using the Predictor of Natural Disorder (PONDR) VSL2 disorder prediction algorithm. (B) Shown is a PONDR analysis of S. cerevisiae Mlh1 and Pms1 (Kim et al., 2019; Obradovic et al., 2003).
