Topical treatment with tofacitinib is sufficient to inhibit pathology induced by CD8 T cells during Leishmania infection. RAG^−/− mice were infected with Leishmania and reconstituted with CD8 T cells. Two weeks post-infection, mice were topically treated with tofacitinib or vehicle for 3 weeks.
