Growth rate of IPMN Subtypes, Passaging and Reviving. (A) Growth curve of patient-derived organoid culture from MCC-PANC-T019 high-grade IPMN of pancreatobiliary subtype, isolated from cryopreserved tissue 33 days post resection; MCC-PANC-T022 intermediate-grade IPMN of pancreatobiliary subtype isolated from fresh resected tissue; and MCC-PANC-T0002 low-grade IPMN of pancreatobiliary subtype from fresh resected tissue (B) Patient-derived IPMN MCC-PANC-T005 organoid was revived 2 years post freezing, expanded, and passaged on Day 5 of culturing, then grown for an additional 10 days.
