Representative in situ focal pressure waveforms used during histotripsy treatments (both CH and BH) by the three transducers. The waveforms were measured in water by FOPH and derated into corresponding depth in tissue. The in situ peak pressure levels were consistent across the treated abscesses. Note: the transducer with F-number of 1 was only used in BH exposures.
