(A) Percentage of Cdkl5RS9X/+ (R59X/+) females presenting with any seizure-like event (Racine Stages 1 to 5; black line) and percentage of R59X/+ females presenting with at least one severe seizure-like event (Racine Stages 3 to 5; blue line) between 12 weeks to 45 weeks of age (n=20). Median age of onset for second observed seizure-like event was 28 weeks; median age of onset for severe seizure-like events was 47 weeks of age.
