circ_NOTCH3 promotes migration and invasion. (A) Migration assay showed that the upregulation of circ_NOTCH3 increased the number of migrating cells. (B) The number of migrating cells was significantly increased by the overexpression of circ_NOTCH3, decreased by the overexpression of miR-205-5p, and restored by the simultaneous co-expression of circ_NOTCH3 and miR-205-5p. (C) The invasion assay showed that the number of invading cells was increased by the upregulation of circ_NOTCH3.
