(A) Assembly of NR_033736 into the ISGF3 complex in IEC4.1 cells overexpressing NR_033736. Cells were transfected with the vector expression NR_033736 (Vector-NR_033736) for 24 h and cultured for additional 2 h in the presence or absence of IFN-α. RIP assay was carried out using antibodies to STAT2, IRF9, and IgG, respectively. NR_033736 was quantified by using qRT-PCR and an unrelated ncRNA (RNU2-1) was measured for control. (B) Assembly of NR_033736 into the ISGF3 complex in IEC4.1-Ifnar1-/- cells overexpressing NR_033736. IEC4.1-Ifnar1-/- cells were transfected with the Vector-NR_033736 or Vector-Ctrl for 24 h and cultured for additional 2 h in the presence or absence of IFN-α. RIP assay was carried out as described above. Data represent three independent experiments.
