Comparison of MDT and DST induced skin test reactions in cattle. Skin test responses to PPDs, DST and MDT reagents were measured at 72 h after injection in cattle experimentally infected with M. bovis (n = 22), cattle naturally infected with M. bovis (n = 21), naive controls (n = 30) and Gudair vaccinates (n = 29). Results are expressed as the difference in skin thickness between the pre- and post-skin test readings.
