Effect of VSP-17 treatment on the activation of AMPK. (A) MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-453 cells were treated with 1, 3 or 10 µM VSP-17 for 24 h. The protein expression levels of p-AMPK and AMPK were analyzed using western blotting.
