Anatomic and surgical considerations when considering heart or heart and liver transplantation in a patient with heterotaxy, transposition, total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (previously repaired), intra-atrial tunnel Fontan, left sided superior vena cava, numerous arterial and venous collaterals, bilateral Glenn shunts and pulmonary artery stenosis/hypoplasia. Every one of these factors requires special consideration and appropriate planning to ensure success. In selected complex cases using 3D printed models allows for advanced surgical planning and optimal repair of vascular anomalies
