Immunofluorescence analysis of NF-κB activation. The nuclear translocation was determined by the blue fluorescence (Hoechst staining) and the NF-κB/p65 subunit by its green fluorescence. The translocation of NF-κB/p65 from the cytoplasm into the nucleus indicated the activation of the transcription factor.
