Cells were treated with NaF (5 mM) with/without AA (10–50 μM) or MG149 (10–50 μM) for 24 h. Cell proliferation was detected by MTT assays. Pictures show representative images of cells. (A) AA significantly increased cell growth at 30 μM and 50 μM compared to NaF alone. (B) MG149 increased cell growth at 30 μM and 50 μM compared to NaF alone.
