FAAH inhibitor JZP327A reduces basal FAAH activity in vitro at the cortical level. Data is from ABPP testing of the frontal cortex (FC), temporal cortex (TC) and occipital cortex (OC) proteomes incubated for 1 h with vehicle (DMSO) and the specific FAAH inhibitor JZP327A (1 μM).
