Different permissiveness of SARS-CoV/-2 infection in cell lines
(A) Viral read percentages of total reads of the respective cell line at different time points of infection. Note that Calu-3 cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 show clear signs of cell death at 24 hpi (Figure S1I), which likely influences the viral yield at the latest time point.
