(a and b) The expression of miR-216a-5p in NSCLC tissues and matched adjacent normal lung tissues (a), as well as in human NSCLC cell lines (A549 and NCI-H1299) and BEAS-2B cells (b) was detected using qRT-PCR. A549 and NCI-H1299 cells were transfected with NC or miR-216a-5p. (c) The expression of miR-216a-5p was examined by qRT-PCR.
