Overexpressed miR-216a-5p inhibits NSCLC progression through targeting RAP2B. RAP2B expression in NSCLC tissues and matched adjacent normal lung tissue (a), as well as in human NSCLC cell lines (A549 and NCI-H1299) and BEAS-2B cell lines (b) was detected by qRT-PCR.
