Patients were stratified into three subgroups: BLN^lowTMB^high (n = 8), BLN^highTMB^high or BLN^lowTMB^low (n = 31) and BLN^highTMB^low (n = 15). The progression-free survival and overall survival was the best for BLN^lowTMB^high group and the worst for BLN^highTMB^low group (both p < 0.05).BLN, baseline lesion number; PD-1, programmed cell death-1; TMB, tumor mutation burden.
