Circ_0003998 knockdown repressed tumor growth and promoted DTX sensitivity in vivo. sh-NC-infected or sh-circ (sh-circ_0003998)-transduced A549/DTX cells were subcutaneously implanted into the right flanks of nude mice (n = 6 per group).
