Here we consider the impact varying levels of uptake has on the reproduction number, R, and relative mortality. We consider this for our baseline parameters, at varying levels of transmission across bubble contacts (t B = t H in blue, t B= 0.5 t H in red, t B = 0.1 t H in green). We observe that R scales sublinearly with uptake, with the gradient of increase dependent on transmission rate across bubble contacts.
