Decision curve analysis of clinicoradiological and combined models for predicting EVIT. The y-axis measures the net benefits, wherein the red and blue line represents the clinicoradiological model and combined model, respectively. The gray line represents the assumption that all patients have EVIT presence. The black line represents the assumption that all patients have EVIT absence. It shows that the two models are better than the treat-all-patients scheme. While if the radiomics signature is added, it results in more benefits than the clinicoradiological model for patients’ discrimination. EVIT, extrahepatic spread or vascular invasion after initial TACE.
