The mRNA levels of MMP13, CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL5 significantly increased in the atopic dermatitis (AD) group compared to the control and 1649b group. The mRNA levels of CXCL1 and CXCL5 significantly increased in AD+1649b compared to AD group. The mRNA expression of were measured by real-time quantitative PCR. The relative mRNA and protein expression levels in AD-like mice model are shown. These levels were normalized to those of β-actin.
