(Top) Whole-brain voxel-wise intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) maps for generalized psychophysiological interaction (PPI) values using left and right functional amygdala seed ROIs (i.e., Neurosynth Atlas ROIs) across T1 and T2. These were overlaid on the MNI152_T1_2009c T1-weighted anatomical template brain in neurological orientation (i.e., left is left). Color-scheme for ICCs (see color bars) that were good or excellent goes as such: red = good reliability (ICCs = 0.60–0.74), yellow = excellent reliability (ICCs = 0.75 or greater). Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) coordinates for each slice displayed are as such: axial (z = −13), coronal (y = 6), left sagittal (x = −49), right sagittal (x = 49). (Bottom) Cluster table for whole-brain voxel-wise ICC maps for PPI values using left and right composite anatomical amygdala seed ROIs. Listed are the cluster sizes in 2 mm voxels, the peak MNI coordinates, and the atlas location of the peak voxel for the largest five clusters for seed ROIs. Clusters that are visible in the top images are numbered accordingly.
