All cTFH frequencies were calculated based on the total CD4+ T cell population. Analyses were performed using Spearman’s rank correlation. PBs, plasmablasts; PCs, plasma cells. #indicates negative correlations. §indicates near significant correlations. Vaccine-induced Env-specific humoral responses in first column were assessed at week 41; cTFH cell populations in second column were assessed at week 38 + 3 days with exception of cTFH cell populations indicated by ** which were assessed at week 41.
