A total of 753 porcine stool specimens were collected from 9 pig herds in Shanghai, China from 2015 to 2018. Pigs of all ages were sampled and 1 to 3-week-old piglets were particularly collected. The intestinal samples used in this study were obtained from the dead piglets and the fecal samples were non-invasively collected immediately after excretion from diarrhea pigs and then submitted to our laboratory.
The same serial number represents the specimens were collected from the same farm.
