(A) Medium from cultured cells was collected at indicated time points and analyzed for CSPG4 (130 kDa) expression by western blotting. (B) Spearman's correlation analysis between cell-based CSPG4 expression levels with CSPG4 ectodomain shedding levels. The results are presented as the relative expression of CSPG4 in PLX4032-exposed cells compared to the CSPG4 expression in parental cells which was set to 100%.
