Draw a line straight up to the point axis to calculate the points. Repeat the process for each of the risk factors and add the points up. Locate the final sum on the total point axis and draw a line straight down to find the patient's relapse-free risk. Calibration curves for (c) the radiomics nomogram and (d) the clinical-based nomogram show the calibration of each nomogram in terms of the agreement between the estimated and the observed relapse outcomes.
