Mean concentration‐time profiles of napabucasin, M1, and TRA in plasma and whole blood. Healthy male subjects received a single oral dose of 240‐mg napabucasin containing approximately 100 μCi of ¹⁴C‐napabucasin. Blood samples were collected at predefined points throughout the study until 168 h post‐dose, followed by every 24 h until discharge. Napabucasin, M1, and TRA concentrations were measured.
