3D-printed chamber holds slides in an orientation perpendicular to focal plane. Glass slides are slotted vertically in the grooves along the walls of the chamber. A lid is tightened to push the glass slides against the bottom coverslip with threaded screws. A window is provided in the lid to enable transmitted light microscopy. A photo of the imaging chamber (total length = 75 mm) is included.
