Effects of ARPE-19-Jurkat cells co-culture on IL-1β evaluated as mRNA levels. IL-1β expression was significantly increased in both ARPE-19 (A) and Jurkat (B) cells after 16 h and 24 h of co-culture, respectively. The increment of IL-1β levels was maintained up to 48 h of co-culture.
