Moisture contents of trehalose buffer solutions that were dried for 15 min and then stored in glass vials with ~ 11% RH air (a) and ~ 43% RH air (b) for up to 8 weeks at 4 °C or ambient temperature (23 °C). There was no significant difference in the moisture content of samples before storage and for each period during the 8-week storage period, for both relative humidity conditions (p > 0.05).
