O-grade a new grading system utilising the total score of each variable in the Oxford classification (MEST-C) and the renal survival rate, C-grade a grading system which was based on the Japanese clinical classification, HR hazard ratio, 95% CI 95% confidence interval, ESRD end-stage renal disease.
